FreeToolyard.com provides free online calculators and tools. This policy explains what data we collect (very little), how we use it, and your rights.
All calculations on FreeToolyard run entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit:
When you generate a cover letter, NDA, or rental application, that document is created locally in your browser and never sent to our servers.
Usage analytics. We use Cloudflare's built-in analytics (and may add Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit the site and which tools are most used. This data is aggregated and anonymous — it tells us "1,000 people used the salary calculator today," not who they are.
Advertising. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history across sites. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads at adssettings.google.com.
Server logs. Like all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic request data: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring.
FreeToolyard itself does not set cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies for advertising purposes. You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.
FreeToolyard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
